Biltong Balls


  • 250 g Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 2ml of each Sage,Onion Juice,Soy Sauce
  • Dash each Lemon Juice and Tabasco Sauce
  • 200g Biltong


  • Mix all ingredients,except the biltong
  • Chill for an hour
  • Roll into small balls and then into biltong. 1 hour Chill time
